A: Our complete Home Gallery can only be accessed with a Username and Password after you have posted your home ad.

Q: Is there a monthly fee for this service?
A: NO. $14.95 for one time set up fee.
Q: Is there a renewal fee?
A: NO. However you will be reminded by e-mail after 3 months to renew. You may keep your property on our site as long as it is for sale.

Q: Am I able to put more than one property on your website?
A: Yes. However each property listed will have a separate one-time fee.

Q: Can I advertise on your site if I have a realtor?
A: Yes. This is an added tool that will enhance your property's exposure. We are simply providing a way to get in touch with homeowners just like yourself that are interested in swapping their home for yours.

Q: How can I make sure that the house that I am selling closes on time?
A: You will need to make sure that the proper contingencies are put in place for both of the closings to happen on the same day and in Escrow. This process would be simplified by having an independent attorney and title insurance company handle both transactions.

Q: How will I be contacted about a match?
A: Our staff will confidentially contact both parties via your e-mail addresses.

Q: What if I see a Home advertised that I would like more information prior to being contacted?
A: If the seller has posted their e-mail address then please click on their link to contact them directly...If not ...please use the Contact Us tab on the website and give us the home # you are interested in and we will e-mail the owner to contact you directly.

Q: Why am I able to only send one picture with my sign up?
A: After you submit your initial order and you have proceeded through the checkout process you will receive a confirmation from our administrative team on where to send your additional pictures so we may finish your submittal. You will have the ability to send us up to 9 additional pictures each being a maximum of 1MB in size.

Q: Should I have a realtor to handle my transaction?
A: You are not required to have a realtor. We understand that this type of real estate transaction may become intricate and recommend that these types of transactions be handled by professionals.

Q: Can I trade my commercial real estate on your site?
A: There are no restrictions on what type of real estate you can swap.
